About The Position

MSC Cruises, the world’s third-largest cruise brand, is hiring a Paid Media Specialist to support the development and execution of digital paid media campaigns. This role focuses on paid search strategy, digital trafficking, and performance optimization across multiple platforms to maximize ROI, drive brand awareness, engagement, and bookings. The Paid Media Specialist will work closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and aligned with MSC Cruises’ business objectives. This position offers a hybrid work model requiring 4 days per week in the Miami office

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media planning and optimization, with a strong focus on digital channels (search, social, display, programmatic).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SA360, or similar are a plus. Experience managing agencies and vendors; hands-on platform experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising formats, audience targeting, campaign measurement, and digital-first paid media strategy.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Paid Media & Analytics Platforms (Meta, Google Ads, SA360, DV360, DCM, DSPs, TikTok, Pinterest, Bing, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Knowledge of ad trafficking, tagging, and media technology (e.g., pixels, ad servers) to lead and oversee digital trafficking processes. Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • US Passport or US Permanent Resident required.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy Support
  • Partner with agencies to develop and refine paid search, paid social, and digital strategies.
  • Review recommendations for targeting, bidding, and creative approaches.
  • Support sales & trade team on all paid activity including Trade Media & Co-Op.
  • Creative Management & Digital Trafficking
  • Lead creative trafficking by coordinating with agencies and internal teams to ensure accurate implementation across platforms.
  • Validate specs and confirm assets meet platform requirements.
  • Agency & Project Management
  • Oversee project tracking and maintain documentation.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with objectives.
  • Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Media Reporting, Analytics & Optimization
  • Review agency performance reports, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.
  • Develop ad hoc reporting and partner with analytics teams to validate data and share actionable insights.
  • Billing & Budget Management
  • Validate invoices and ensure timely payment.
  • Monitor budgets and maintain oversight to keep campaigns within limits.
