About The Position

Pathfinders, a full-service integrated marketing agency, is seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead paid media strategy and performance across a diverse client portfolio. In this role, you won’t just manage campaigns — you’ll own how paid media drives results across the agency. You’ll lead strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and omni-channel placements; guide teams through execution and optimization; and help build systems that make our media work smarter, more measurable, and more impactful. You thrive at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. You know how to translate business goals into paid media strategies, look beyond surface-level metrics, and make confident decisions rooted in performance insights. You partner closely with Account Services, Strategy, Creative, and Partnerships to ensure media is integrated, intentional, and driving real outcomes, not just impressions and clicks. This is a role for a builder and leader: someone who enjoys developing people, refining workflows, and raising the bar for how paid media shows up for clients. You’re energized by improving how things work, coaching teams through optimization and testing, and creating clarity in fast-moving environments. If you’re reading closely, tell us about a paid media strategy, system, or optimization approach you implemented that meaningfully improved results. We’re looking for leaders who elevate both the work and the teams behind it. You might be a great fit if you: Set the Tone : You bring energy and clarity into every conversation. Even when things get tough, you make work feel doable, not draining. Own the Outcome : You don’t just check boxes. You make sure the work connects to the bigger goal and moves projects forward. Keep Growing : You stay curious, adapt quickly when things change, and see every challenge as a chance to get better. We > Me : You believe great work is a team sport. You give credit generously, assume positive intent, and celebrate shared wins. Get to know us at pathfind.com
