As Paid Media Manager, you will own the paid media strategy across Paid Social and PPC channels, leading a high-performing team and ensuring a best-in-class, data-driven approach across all platforms. This is a performance-led role with a strong commercial focus. You will be responsible for identifying where to invest the next best dollar, proving efficiency through robust measurement, and continuously challenging “what good looks like” to unlock incremental growth for our DTC business across the Shark and Ninja brands.
