As a Paid Leave Associate Claim Examiner, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers during some of the most important moments of their lives. You will manage a caseload of state paid leave and absence claims, applying sound judgment, analytical expertise, and empathy to deliver optimal claims handling and timely, accurate decisions. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative, performance driven environment that values quality, accountability, and professional growth. The current employee work arrangement for this position is fully virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.

• Subscribe to internet service provider plan with at least 25 Mbps download speeds.
• Willingness to troubleshoot any issues or outages with your home internet service, contacting your service provider as necessary.
• Quiet area in your home with minimal distractions and noise free.
• Reliability and Dependability throughout our extensive training program is required.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience managing Short Term Disability, Paid Leave, and/or Absence claims.
• Previous knowledge of claim and risk management, including contract interpretation and administration.
• College degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
