About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Paid Detail Scheduling and Billing Business Analyst for an upcoming project opportunity: 05626P0001 - Paid Detail Application and Software Platform. The New York City Police Department (NYPD) seeks an existing, scalable electronic platform and application for scheduling Paid Detail assignments and supporting assignment, billing, and reporting workflows. The role coverage involves modeling end-to-end Paid Detail workflows for officers, supervisors, participating clients, assignments, time, billing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Model end-to-end Paid Detail workflows for officers, supervisors, participating clients, assignments, time, billing, and reporting.
• Document scheduling rules, eligibility, assignment, approvals, cancellations, exceptions, time capture, client billing, reconciliation, and reporting flows.
• Develop user stories, business rules, data definitions, traceability, acceptance criteria, and exception scenarios with operational stakeholders.
• Identify configuration and policy decisions needed to support current volume and future program expansion.
• Review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements that relate to your assigned work.
• Provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as your resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on your assigned consultant role and related technical work only.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
