About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Business Analyst for an upcoming project opportunity with the North Carolina Department of Transportation. This project involves the replacement of the existing HVAC system at the Division 9 Office, including rooftop units, ductwork, grilles, diffusors, a structural dunnage system, and suspended ceilings. The building will be partially occupied during construction. The role requires supporting requirements gathering, process review, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and deliverable development. Consultants will be responsible for reviewing project scope, background, and client requirements, and providing role-specific materials such as resumes, cover letters, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability. Coordination with FuntoNetwork and clear communication with stakeholders are essential. The role also involves supporting quality control, status updates, and readiness for the assigned work.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this project-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
