Paid Creator Coordinator

JUST INGREDIENTS INC•Orem, UT
•$50,000 - $60,000•Hybrid

About The Position

At Just Ingredients – a health and wellness e-commerce company – we believe that nourishing your body with real ingredients is essential for living a healthy and fulfilling life. That's why our products are made using carefully selected, whole-food ingredients. And our people are just as real as our ingredients – authentic, collaborative, and dedicated to fostering a workplace that inspires individuals and teams to reach their full potential. The Creator Team, within the Partnerships department, manages Just Ingredients' affiliate and creator partnerships – the everyday influencers and content creators who share our products with their audiences. This role owns the paid side of that program: negotiating rates and terms with creators, and making the call on who's actually worth paying and how much. This is distinct from the Collaborations team's talent and celebrity partnerships – this role focuses on the broader creator and affiliate ecosystem, from nano and micro creators through mid-tier influencers.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience managing paid creator or influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, or performance/creator marketing.
  • Working knowledge of current market rates for creator and influencer partnerships across platforms and tiers.
  • Proven negotiation experience covering rates, usage rights, exclusivity, and deliverables.
  • Ability to analyze performance data (engagement, conversion, ROAS) to decide who is strategically worth paying, and how much.
  • Understanding of FTC disclosure requirements for sponsored and paid content.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with comfort managing a high volume of active creator relationships and deals simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with affiliate or creator management platforms (e.g., Superfiliate, CreatorIQ, Aspire, Modash, Levanta, ShopMy, LTK, Amazon Creator Connections) is a plus.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel for creator meetups, content shoots, and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate potential paid creators for the affiliate program based on audience fit, content quality, and performance history.
  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity terms directly with creators, managers, and agents.
  • Apply current market-rate knowledge across creator tiers (nano, micro, mid-tier) and platforms to negotiate fair, competitive deals.
  • Analyze creator performance data – engagement, conversion, ROAS, and historical results – to determine which creators make strategic sense to pay, and at what rate.
  • Recommend where to increase investment, renegotiate, or pull back based on performance, rather than paying based on follower count alone.
  • Manage a structured budget across the paid creator roster, balancing testing new creators against scaling proven ones.
  • Coordinate content briefs, deliverable timelines, and approvals with paid creators.
  • Track deliverables against contract terms, ensuring content is on-brand, on-time, and compliant with FTC disclosure requirements for paid partnerships.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records of active paid creator agreements, rates, and performance.
  • Maintain accurate CRM or creator-platform records and a structured pipeline of active and prospective paid creators.
  • Prepare regular reporting on paid creator spend, performance, and ROI for leadership.
  • Partner with Marketing, Collaborations Compliance, and Finance to ensure paid creator deals are properly tracked, compliant, and within budget.
