About The Position
Working alongside the Concierge team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Page who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.
Requirements
- Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people
- Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
- Knowledge of hotel features and benefits
- Knowledge of Los Angeles/Beverly Hills area and The Peninsula Group as requested
- US work authorization
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests as they enter and leave the Hotel
- Move throughout the Hotel as needed, to ensure quality service is provided to our guests
- Assist bell staff and front desk staff as needed
