About The Position

We specialize in operating both permanent, indoor pickleball clubs as well as high-profile, seasonal activations.
Boca Paddle by CityPickle is a premier racquet sports and lifestyle destination redefining how people play, connect, and unwind. Located in Boca Raton, the club blends world-class pickleball and padel with elevated hospitality, offering member-driven experience anchored by exceptional service, vibrant community, and best-in-class facilities.
As a Padel Coach, you’ll work with the Director of Programming to deliver engaging lessons, clinics, and organized play. You’ll help players build confidence, develop their skills, and feel connected to the club.

Requirements

• At least one year of padel coaching experience; certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of padel rules, technique, and strategy.
• Ability to teach both individuals and groups.
• Clear communication and a friendly, patient coaching style.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable collaborating with a team.
• Availability for scheduled programming, including some evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting sports programming or events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach private lessons and group clinics for a range of skill levels.
• Introduce new players to padel through approachable, engaging instruction.
• Plan sessions around players’ abilities and goals.
• Provide clear feedback and help players track their progress.
• Support organized play and club events.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment on the court.
• Represent Boca Paddle with professionalism and enthusiasm.
