We are seeking skilled and dedicated Paddleboarding Coaches in Missouri City, TX to join our dynamic platform. Requirements

• 2+ years of stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) instruction or guiding experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid and strong water-safety judgment; knowledge of paddle technique, balance, and reading wind and current.
• Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.

Nice To Haves

• Instructor certification preferred (ACA SUP, WPA, or PSUPA) — not required.
