Requirements
- 2+ years of meditation or mindfulness teaching experience (group or 1-on-1).
- Command of techniques across breath awareness, body scan, mindfulness, loving-kindness, and guided visualization for all levels.
- Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.
Nice To Haves
- Teacher training preferred (200hr+ meditation training, MBSR, or a recognized lineage) — not required.
