About The Position
Circle Brands is seeking a Pad Designer who takes pride in precision sewing and craftsmanship, is passionate about improving horse comfort, and resonates with the values of stewardship, versatility, and family. The Pad Designer will develop innovative saddle pads focused on fit, durability, and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years sewing or textile experience
- Industrial sewing expertise

- Equine knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype saddle pads
- Develop patterns and material specifications
- Test for durability and fit
- All other duties as assigned by management
