This role ensures that clinicians and radiologists can reliably capture, store, view, and transmit medical images (e.g., X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound).

Requirements

  • High School plus 4 years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Administers, maintains, and supports the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and related medical imaging applications to ensure system reliability, performance, and availability.
  • Troubleshoots and resolved hardware, software, network, image transmission, and system integration issues affecting imaging workflows and end users.
  • Manages user accounts, access permissions, system configurations, image archiving, data integrity, backups, and system upgrades while ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy and security requirements.
  • Provides technical support, user training, onboarding assistance, and workflow guidance to radiologists, technologists, clinicians, and other staff; documents issues, resolutions, and system changes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
