About The Position

Murphy’s Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented PacMed Operator to support the daily operation of our automated medication packaging system. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow structured processes and work efficiently
• Comfortable working with technology and automated equipment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience working with automation and/or in a pharmacy setting is required
• Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the PacMed machine to ensure accurate and efficient medication packaging
• Work within established deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Perform tasks independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Refill and maintain canisters, ensuring proper inventory control and lot tracking
• Prepare STS trays and verify medication accuracy
• Manage batch processing, including urgent (STAT) requests
• Perform daily cleaning, routine maintenance, and maintain an organized workstation
