This position involves performing repetitive tasks associated with the packaging of meat products, assisting with the coordination and running of a food processing line, and operating food processing equipment.

Requirements

6 months of work history
Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)

Responsibilities

Performing repetitive tasks associated with the packaging of meat products
Workstations include: Inspecting product quality, assembling boxes, filling bags with meat, sealing bags, weighing bags, and may have to palletize by hand.
Assist with the coordination and running of a food processing line
Ability to learn and perform multiple positions (Training will be provided)
Work in temperatures 40–50 degrees and 32 degrees in the cooler
Being able to operate an electric pallet jack (In-house training provided)
Ability to work in an environment that is fast paced
Being able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to do repetitive tasks
Standing, walking, pushing, lifting, bending, stepping up and down
Operating food processing equipment
Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
Fill in for other plant positions as necessary (Additional pay provided for higher pay grade position)
Basic Math skills
Perform any and all duties as assigned by Supervisor
