About The Position

It’ll Be Pizza is seeking a full-time, direct hire Team Member for our factory in Scarborough, Maine. This is a first shift position, operating from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. We are a family-owned company committed to producing quality products and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be mature, professional, punctual, and demonstrate sound judgment and a positive attitude. They should be eager to learn, maintain a safe and clean workspace, and adhere to It’ll Be Pizza's operating procedures and standards. This role involves working Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays, and reporting to the Department Supervisors, Director of Operations, and Assistant Director of Operations. Collaboration with other team members is essential.

Responsibilities

• Doughball Packing
• Ability to stack cases and build pallets
• Ability to count accurately
• Maintain daily paperwork
• Daily clean up
• Follow proper sanitation procedures
• Follow all company safety procedures
