A comprehensive understanding of all departmental sections is required, including Autoclave, Bagging, Inspection, LPC, Buffing, Box Building, and Closing. The role requires 90% of scheduled shift time to be spent on the production floor and 10% on administrative duties, with flexibility based on daily operations. The supervisor is expected to take on challenging assignments and train others.
