About The Position
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Packaging & Production Associate to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will assemble, package, inspect, label, and prepare products for inventory and customer shipment. Shift is 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday.

Responsibilities
- Operate shrink wrap machines, L-bar sealers, and heat tunnels to package products safely and efficiently.
- Assemble product kits, cartons, and packaging components according to work instructions.
- Perform product assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection activities.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and identify defects or discrepancies.
- Prepare products for shipment and inventory storage.
- Apply shipping labels and product identification accurately.
- Complete packaging and production documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
