About The Position

Supports production operations by setting up workstations with required products and packaging materials. Rotates through various tasks including operating bagger and debagger stations, setting up and operating label machines while monitoring barcoding systems, and overseeing tray packaging machines. Completes changeovers safely and efficiently, visually monitors conveyor lines for damaged bottles, and performs quality inspections to verify sample compliance with specifications. Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices and ensures compliance with food safety and quality system requirements. Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace according to company policies and procedures. Communicates with departments, management, and associates, promptly reporting any issues or concerns that could hinder production efficiency and immediately reporting any food safety or quality issues to management. Applies a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for process enhancement and records production and/or quality data. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
