About The Position

The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing packing line employees, ensuring efficient production flow, proper packaging, and compliance with safety and quality standards while supporting overall team performance. You will add value by performing the following duties including but not limited to: Manage staffing levels, assign workstations, and train new employees. Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and recognize strong performance. Ensure team members follow GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment. Maintain compliance with food safety, food defense, food quality standards, and perform other assigned duties. This is a full-time permanent role on 2nd shift, which operates from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (word, excel, power point)

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment is preferred
