About The Position

Ball Pro is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Machine Operator to work in our growing assembly department. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a growing company. Previous machine operating experience and lead skills required. Previous cartoner machine operating experience a plus. We will train motivated individuals! Requirements

• Strong mathematical aptitude
• Attention to detail (grammar, spelling, color, etc.) and quality a must
• Ability to work independently
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Willingness to work while standing most of the day
• Ability to lift 30-40 pounds at times
• High school diploma/GED required

Nice To Haves

• Previous cartoner machine operating experience
• Machine operating experience a definite plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Running orders on the automatic golf ball packager
• Leading small teams on assembly and packing of orders
