The U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) sustains the Army’s mission to develop, acquire, field, and sustain ground combat, tactical, and support systems throughout their lifecycle. The program focuses on ensuring operational readiness, reliability, and safety of automotive and ground support equipment critical to Army operations. Under this contract, personnel provide maintenance, repair, overhaul, and sustainment support in accordance with Army technical manuals, safety standards, and performance requirements. The Packer is responsible for preparing, packing, and labeling materials, parts, and equipment for storage or shipment in support of TACOM maintenance and logistics operations. The selected individual will verify parts, quantities, and documentation against packing lists and work orders. This role ensures items are packaged securely, documented accurately, and handled in accordance with shipping requirements, safety standards, and government property procedures. This position is contingent upon award.
