About The Position

The Packer packages and moves finished products to support customers and operations, helping ensure products flow accurately, efficiently, and on time. The role is based in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment and involves following safety and quality procedures, maintaining an orderly workspace, and assisting with troubleshooting when needed. The schedule is third shift, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work third shift, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds or more occasionally.
Comfort working in a warehouse environment with moving equipment and moderate noise.
Ability to work at heights using proper equipment when needed.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in various environments for extended periods.
Reliability, dependability, and ownership of work.
Attention to detail when handling product accuracy and documentation.
Comfort standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift.
Hands-on approach and ability to use tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Adaptability and a safety-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

Package and label products according to the production schedule.
Verify product quality and documentation before final packaging.
Follow safety regulations and promptly report unsafe conditions or concerns to the lead person.
Operate robots, pallet jacks, and other electronic machinery as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and orderly workspace through daily upkeep.
Support troubleshooting efforts, including assisting with equipment in the high-bay area when needed.
