About The Position

SARSTEDT is hiring a Packer to package and move finished products that support customers and operations. The position is based in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment focused on precision, quality, and safety. The Packer helps ensure products flow accurately, efficiently, and on time. The schedule is third shift, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work third shift, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.
Reliability, dependability, and ownership of work.
Attention to detail when handling product accuracy and documentation.
Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift 50 pounds or more.
Comfort working in a warehouse environment with moving equipment and moderate noise.
Ability to work at heights using proper equipment when needed.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in various environments for extended periods.
Ability to be on your feet standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift.
Hands-on approach and ability to use tools and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Package and label products according to the production schedule.
Verify product quality and documentation before final packaging.
Follow safety regulations and immediately report unsafe conditions or concerns to the lead person.
Operate a robot, pallet jack, and other electronic machinery as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe workspace through daily upkeep.
Support troubleshooting efforts, including assisting with equipment in the high-bay area when needed.
