About The Position
We are a well-established, Omaha-based manufacturer with over 65 years of providing quality products to our clients. Phillips Manufacturing is the one-stop shop for drywall finishing accessories, lath, stucco accessories, metal channels, interior framing, and fire-rated assemblies with facilities around the country. A Packer is to pack product and maintaining continuity of operation at maximum production consistent with proper safety and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Fast-Paced Environment.
- Walk, stand, bend, and twist for long periods of time.
- Repetitive Movement.
- Ability to lift up to 55lbs continuously throughout shift.
- Pass a pre-employment drug testing, background, and physical capacity screenings.
Responsibilities
- Meet Product Specifications: Taking & Reading Measurements.
- Read work orders or follow oral instructions to determine appropriate work to be completed.
- Produce Legible & Accurate Production Reports.
- Place finished product with correct labeling on skids according to production requirement
- Maintain cleanliness of rolling mill equipment, it's components and surrounding area.
- Ensure to adhere to Attendance Policy.
- Abide by all Safety Protocol and wear proper safety attire at all times.
