Requirements

Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or manufacturing work is preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Ability to regularly lift up to 25–50 lbs.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
Must be available for first-shift hours.

Responsibilities

Pack finished products according to established quality and production standards.
Inspect products for defects so that only quality items are packaged and shipped.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on the production floor.
Meet daily packing quotas and production line targets.
Label, stack, and prepare packaged goods for shipment or storage.
Communicate production issues or discrepancies to team leads.
Follow company safety protocols and manufacturing guidelines.
