About The Position

Wieland is a global leader in copper and copper alloy manufacturing, processing, and distribution. We provide a large product and service portfolio including power, automotive, ammunition, coinage, construction materials, refrigeration, electronics and many other industries. Wieland is hiring a Packer for the 2nd shift. The Packer will be responsible for pulling stock for orders and to locate incoming material into the inventory area. This role is located in Alliance, OH and will be fully on-site. Starting Pay: $22.22/hour. Schedule: 2nd shift. Pay Schedule: Weekly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
• Minimum one-year manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Pull stock for orders
• Locate incoming material into the inventory area
• Band or box skids
• Finish packing material for shipment
• Complete paperwork on weights and units
• Pull material from inventory
• Weigh material and pack to customer specifications
• Complete all paperwork
• Compare shipping paperwork with actual material skids and load on truck
• All other assigned duties
