About The Position
This is a temporary position where the main duties involve packaging plastic containers, trays, and finished products according to company standards. The role requires close inspection of products for defects or damage before packing, organizing and preparing materials for production and shipment, and safely and efficiently stacking and wrapping pallets. Additionally, the packer will transport materials and finished goods within the warehouse, maintain a clean workstation, and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations. Assistance to the production team with additional duties as assigned is also expected.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Must be able to assist with moving materials up to 200 lbs when needed
- Must have prior experience in packing, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist where needed
