About The Position

This role supports the operation team by working safely in a fast-paced production warehouse environment, inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in the correct configuration. The position involves packaging product into boxes, preparing them for shipment, checking for quality issues, ensuring adequate supplies at the workstation, maintaining station cleanliness, and adhering to all safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred
• Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to effectively communicate.
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to reach over head, squat, and bend at the waist
• Ability to lift boxes from 0-50 lbs depending on the line assigned
• Ability to climb up and down stairs throughout a 12 hour shift
• Tolerance of standing posture continuously for 12 hours
• Intense walking is involved
• Able to tolerate working environment with inside excessive hot and cold temperatures.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing, when required, such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat/bump cap, hair/beard net and gloves
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, bend throughout the duration of the scheduled shift
• Prolonged standing while performing the duties of the job
• Job requires high level of manual dexterity with repetitive use of hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles

Responsibilities

• Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment
• Check for quality issues to product and contact team lead with issues
• Ensure you have enough supplies at your station (boxes, tape ect.)
• Keep station clean at all times
• Follow safety guidelines at all times
