About The Position

Momentum Manufacturing Group Engineered Extrusions, located in the NH Lakes Region, is hiring for packing positions on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am). The company manufactures aluminum products that are extruded and fabricated in the USA. This role involves supporting the packing function of the production facility, moving and preparing quality extruded aluminum for shipment to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

H.S. diploma or equivalent
Must be able to read, write and have basic math skills
Good attendance, reliable work history
Desire to maintain a clean, organized work area with good housekeeping practices
Ability to communicate effectively displaying a positive attitude
Must be a team player
Must have excellent safe work habits
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred
Some computer experience preferred

Responsibilities

Move and pack aluminum extrusions per customer specifications
Visually inspect metal for defects
Enter packed piece counts into Epics system
Move extrusion using overhead cranes and/or forklift
Stencil aluminum extrusions either manually or with machine per customer specifications
Other assignments as instructed by department supervisor/manager
