About The Position

We are looking for full-time entry-level Line Packers to join our production team. Packers are responsible for all end of line activity packing finished product, regrinding scrap materials and filling hoppers with materials. All Action Industries employees must be able to be at work on time for all scheduled shifts, be dependable, have positive attitudes and be trainable. Our core values consist of being customer focused, team oriented, Trustworthy and dedicated. On the job training is available.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Be able to be on time every day

Responsibilities

• Pack finished product
• Regrind scrap materials
• Fill hoppers with materials
• Read production orders
• Use of measurement tools such as, calipers and tape measures
• Perform the tasks at hand and follow instructions
