About The Position

We are looking for full-time entry-level Line Packers to join our production team. Packers are responsible for all end of line activity packing finished product, regrinding scrap materials and filling hoppers with materials. We will provide training for our specific process during employment. Wages vary, depending on position with potential for higher pay with proper experience. Potential for advancement in this career is guaranteed for those willing to learn! All Action Industries employees must be able to be at work on time for all scheduled shifts, be dependable, have positive attitudes and be trainable. Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more

Responsibilities

• Pack finished product
• Regrind scrap materials
• Fill hoppers with materials
• Read production orders
• Use of measurement tools such as, calipers and tape measures
• Perform the tasks at hand and follow instructions
