Requirements

• Safety awareness throughout.
• Basic math skills required (including fractions).
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Light lifting required up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with manufacturing/ plastics extrusion industry is desirable.
• Product knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform all packer duties including, packing boxes, and erecting cartons, assisting on startups, shutdown, and product changes.
• Maintain and exceed all quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized packaging area.
• Perform all scheduled line quality checks.
• Use of tape measure to determine material conformance.
• Conduct box count and output data collection regularly.
