About The Position

Work alongside experienced Packers and learn how to handle, grade, package, and label fresh produce. This role involves performing job responsibilities on the HPP line, working in cold temperatures (32-34 degrees Fahrenheit). The position requires efficiently packaging and sorting product, meeting quality standards, ensuring correct labeling, and adhering to food safety policies and practices. Following safe work practices and maintaining a safe work area are essential. Occasional overtime may be required.

Requirements

• Enjoy working on a team and interacting with others
• Ability to identify and distinguish colors for grading produce
• Good hand dexterity to sort produce
• Ability to stand and work in cold temperatures throughout the entirety of your shift

Responsibilities

• Perform the Packer job responsibilities on the HPP line, working in temperatures that range from 32-34 degrees Fahrenheit
• Efficiently package and sort product following Four Seasons’ packing procedures
• Meet required quality standards for finished products
• Ensure that product is labeled correctly
• Maintain and adhere to food safety policies and practices
• Follow safe work and food safety gmp practices, and maintain a safe work area
