About The Position

Packer Team Members help ensure Shearer’s Snacks products meet quality standards and are ready for customers. The role involves packing bagged products into cases, placing cases on pallets, inspecting finished products, and contributing to facility cleanliness and efficient operations. Team members also support colleagues as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

The posting lists day and night shifts. Day shift is 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; night shift is 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with a $3 shift differential. The listed pay range is $19.30 to $22.30 per hour.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work on your feet for up to eight hours.
• Ability to keep up with a fast, repetitious pace.
• Ability to perform repetitious lifting of 25+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes.
• Pack bagged product from packaging tables into cases and place cases on pallets.
