About The Position
We are looking for hard-working Packers to join a fast-paced production team in a cold environment. This is a temporary, temp-to-hire position with a weekend schedule.
Requirements
- 6 months packer or labor experience
- Must handle frozen meat throughout the shift
- Steel-toe shoes required; dress warmly
- Stand for long periods; repetitive hand work
- Lift 50–75 lbs. (two-person lift available)

Responsibilities
- Portion diced meat into bags, trays, and vacuum packaging
- Move portioned steaks from the conveyor belt to boxes or vacuum film
- Verify weights using a scale
- Seal packaged product with a hand sealer
- Follow instructions and work well with the team
- Maintain all safety, quality, and food-handling standards
- Perform additional duties as needed
