About The Position

Under the general supervision of the Sr. Sewing Supervisor, the person in this position packages various products following all established work and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand over a 10-hours period.
• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to work both planned and unplanned overtime.
• Must be able to work professionally as part of a team with other department employees.
• Must be able to comprehend and perform duties using established work and safety procedures.
• Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Must perform effectively under conditions of fluctuating workloads.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• IFB employees have the responsibility and authority to ensure to produce first-quality products that meet customer requirements.
• All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Build boxes for product to be packaged.
• Prepare product for packaging as required for the product being packaged.
• Package product in boxes, assuring correct bundles are packaged.
• Label and seal boxes full boxes.
• Stage boxes on pallets.
