Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (complete cGMP SOP training, email use)
Repetitively lift 35 lbs. – 50 lbs.
Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
Strong time management, teamwork, problem solving, and organization skills
Must have the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written, with internal staff and management.
Available to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

1 year machine operator experience
Prior manufacturing experience
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
FDA Experience
Certified Production Technician through NCMI
Technical and/or system knowledge level (basic, intermediate, advanced, mastery).

Responsibilities

Ensure proper packaging material is available to match production schedule
Inspect product for quality defects
Package product according to specifications
Stack fully packaged product on pallets and wrap full pallets according to specifications and identify with proper ticket
Communicate packaging and quality problems to leadership
Count, weigh, and report scrap
Follow lockout/tagout procedures
Ensure work area is clean and orderly
