About The Position
Front Signs is a leading full-service printing and sign-making company in LA. We provide a wide range of signage solutions for both commercial and residential projects. We are looking for a Packaging Specialist for the 2nd shift who can prepare, assemble, and inspect packaging to ensure products are shipped securely and meet quality standards. This position is key to ensuring our customers receive their products in excellent condition.
Requirements
- Experience in packaging, crating, or shipping preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to use hand tools and packaging equipment
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently or in a team
Responsibilities
- Build and prepare packaging materials, including boxes, crates, and pallets
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards before shipping
- Pack products securely for safe transportation
- Label, seal, and organize packages for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized packaging area
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Work with warehouse and shipping teams to meet daily production goals
