About The Position

Operates plant packing equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This is a long-term maintenance position with no per diem. Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day. Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and physical.

Responsibilities

Assisting in meeting plant production requirements as set by client/owner.
Observing operating process equipment and maintenance needs.
Communicating with supervision as necessary to ensure maximum performance as outlined by production goals.
Reading and interpreting instructions and documentation and planning work activities.
Moving materials and equipment to work locations and setting up work sites.
Following all hazardous waste handling guidelines.
Completing records, maintaining tools and equipment, and performing various clean-up and housekeeping activities.
Observing and complying with all safety and project rules.
Performing other duties as required.
