About The Position

Apache Mills, Inc., a worldwide leader in floor mat manufacturing, has immediate openings to join our growing company as a member of our Operations Team. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for Packaging Level 3 Material Handler positions to join our 1ST Shift Production Team. This position is regularly scheduled for Monday- Friday, requires Saturday work, and offers immediate advancement opportunities for those with the desire, initiative, and who perform above expectations.

Requirements

Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to perform shift startups and end of shift duties as required
Ability to spot and remove defective mats
Ability to ensure proper labeling tag positions and packaging of product
Ability to change the plastic on the machine, load the machine and put the information on the computer for it to print the pack SKU label
Ability to fill out the production form and keep production totals accurate
Ability to meet or exceed company quality standards
Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
Ability to comply with company processes and procedures
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling material or products
Ability to work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors
Ability to perform job duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions (including hot weather)
Ability to ensure good housekeeping of all areas on company premises
Successfully complete drug and background screenings
