About The Position

Works in a fast-paced environment. Pays attention to detail to ensure no date issues, broken tubs/lids, defects, non-efficient weight by sight, or tape/box issues. Ensures lids are closed on tubs and packs tubs in the correct boxes in an efficient amount of time. Takes containers of candy to the inspector and packages different size bags. Understands how many bags go into each case and is able to start and stop the bagger. Keeps the work area clean and ensures materials are provided in a timely manner and to the correct line. Adherence to all personal protection equipment (PPEs) and general manufacturing procedures (GMPs) is required.

Responsibilities

Ensures lids are closed on tubs
Pack Tubs in the correct boxes is an efficient amount of time
Take containers of candy to the inspector
Package different size bags
Understand of how many bags go into each case
Understand and able to start and stop bagger
Keep area clean
Ensures materials are provided in a timely manner and to the correct line
Adherence to all personal protection equipment (PPEs) and general manufacturing procedures (GMPs)
