Packaging Test Technician

About The Position
Complete distribution testing projects for packaging in multiple industries by operating test equipment (vibration tables, impact machines, etc.) and driving a forklift to move materials.
Requirements
- Ability to learn, or experience with hands on laboratory testing.
- Ability to learn, or experience with a forklift.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mathematical aptitude to solve basic problems by leveraging practical and scientific logic.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) is preferred.
- Forklift experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Utilize test equipment to complete projects accurately.
- Perform facility or equipment maintenance, repairs, restoration, and organization, as needed and required.
- Capture and manage project and lab data activities using database.
- Safely operate forklifts.
- Leverage good documentation practices as required.
- Other duties, as assigned.
