Join a vital Indianapolis-based pharmaceutical team as a Packaging Technician, where your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact the safe assembly and labeling of clinical trial treatments. Work on a consistent Monday–Thursday evening schedule with frequent Friday overtime. This contract role is perfect for individuals ready to grow their skills in an essential, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals and product records
- Capable of independently following detailed instructions
- Reliable team player focused on safety, accuracy, and timeliness
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Near vision acuity (minimum 20/40 corrected) and color vision
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or food and beverage packaging
Responsibilities
- Assemble and label pharmaceutical clinical trial treatments with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate manual and automated packaging equipment according to regulatory standards
- Perform precise inventory counts before and after job orders
- Maintain accurate product records and follow strict procedure manuals
- Complete required training on equipment and process updates
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE
