The Packaging Associate is a key member of the manufacturing team responsible
for accurately and efficiently packaging wound care products in accordance with
Marketlab’s quality and safety standards.
This role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor on the Wound Care
Manufacturing Team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Experience as a Positive team members

Nice To Haves

• Previous Packing/Warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging tasks according to established procedures and production schedules.
• Verify product labels, counts, and packaging configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout each shift.
• Assist in preparing materials and supplies to support smooth production flow.
• Report any product defects, safety concerns, or process issues
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines to maintain compliance with company standards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
