Packaging Technician
About The Position
Precision Strip is seeking reliable, team-oriented Packaging Technicians to package metal products according to customer specifications and safely move material throughout the production area. The role supports production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe work environment. The company emphasizes safety, quality, service, training, and long-term career growth, with a promote-from-within culture. Starting pay is $25.75 per hour, with scheduled and progressive pay increases, plus a shift premium of $1.50 to $3.00 per hour depending on the selected shift. Monthly incentive bonus opportunities are available. Shifts are either Friday through Sunday, 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., or Monday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Precision Strip offers medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective on day 31; a 10% company contribution to a 401(k) after one year; paid time off and holidays; company-provided uniforms with free laundering; and work boot and safety glasses reimbursement. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Availability to work either Friday–Sunday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m., or Monday–Thursday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.
- Ability to pass a hair-analysis drug test and background check.
- Candidates who are Capable, Accountable, Responsible, and Ethical.
