Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • 3+ year’s technical manufacturing experience

  • Associates or Technical Degree/Certification

Responsibilities

  • Operate the packaging lines in the packaging department on a daily basis.
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure that the products are in accordance with the specification.
  • Perform routine safety checks to ensure that the equipment is in a safe condition for operation.
  • Ensure processes quality and compliance in accordance with established procedures and standards of the Quality System.
  • Comply with and support the Haleon Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Achieve Performance target for Packaging Lines.
  • Participate in RCA for deviations.
  • Participate in RCA for problems/breakdowns that occur on equipment.
  • Perform and assist with preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance on packaging production lines.
  • Perform and assist with packaging production lines change overs to meet department needs.
  • Perform and assist with 5S and cleaning activities to always meet good manufacturing practices.
  • SAP functions-Batch reconciliation, Cycle Count, Material Movements, Confirmation, and Inventory control.
