Job Summary: Provide strategic leadership for the Packaging teams, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs), customer service excellence, process optimization, and cost efficiency, including scrap reduction. Under general direction, oversee all shift activities and manage departmental documentation related to Packaging/SSP operations.
Requirements
