About The Position

This role will lead the packaging team in preparing, trimming, sorting, filling, packing, and labeling cannabis products. The Packaging Supervisor will also oversee packaging inventory documentation and accuracy, operate machinery to fill vape cartridges and/or pre-rolls, and collaborate with other department leaders to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Additionally, the supervisor will train new packaging associates on daily tasks.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cannabis packaging methods.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems.
- Passionate about the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.
