About The Position

ASAHI BEER USA | OCTOPI BREWERY is seeking Packaging Specialists across various shifts to join their growing team. As the U.S. production home of Asahi Super Dry, the company is expanding its operations. This role is crucial for packaging beer, seltzers, RTDs, and sodas, ensuring product gets from the brewery to shelves nationwide. The Packaging Specialist will gain hands-on machine experience with opportunities for cross-training and growth within the company.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Comfortable standing for 8+ hours in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to lift 55 lbs and move 165 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and organization

Nice To Haves

• Prior machine operation or packaging experience

Responsibilities

• Run bottle, can, variety pack, and kegging lines, including changeovers, CIP, and routine maintenance.
• Confirm the correct packaging mix and volume before each fill.
• Log packaging run data and identify process issues.
• Pull samples and take measurements to maintain quality standards.
• Safely operate a forklift for product movement between production and storage.
